The Enlightening Moods Experience

This program is designed to foster connection between parent and child. We explore how secure attachments help our children gain confidence and trust to explore the bigger world, little by little while knowing we are a safe place to land. We also look at managing our expectations around our children's behaviour by exploring how their minds work and develop. This is a very interactive program, because while some things are universal, how families work together is unique in each home

Lets dive a little deeper now. It's all well and good to learn some new tools to help build stronger connections, however, when we feel like we are living in a pressure cooker, when you or a loved one just seem to be triggered on a regular basis, we need to explore how we help each individual in the mix.

This package can be tailored to suit the individual family, by adding 6 personal sessions for trauma healing work for whoever feels ready to work through their "stuff". It also includes the 8 week connection program.

You've got all the parenting tools and feel like it all makes sense, yet you just keep "reacting" to your environment?

This is so common, you'd be hard pressed to find someone who hasn't experienced trauma to some degree, on some level.

Utilising modalities such as reiki, root cause therapy and NLP, we can work through what is behind your reactions, where it all began.

There are events in our lives that lead to creating our beliefs, and sometimes those beliefs are not our own, but have been created by our experiences.

Lets bust those beliefs and have you feeling at peace and finding more calm in your life to manage those daily niggles.

This 45minute session can be conducted via zoom (you don't have to have your camera on), over the phone or it can also be done while you sleep (no technology involved - I will connect and send reiki energy at an agreed time).

Reiki energy can be sent to anyone of any age (with their consent) and has many benefits for emotional, physical and spiritual health and well-being.

This can be great as a standalone modality, or you may choose to add on to your self love and personal healing package to assist in integrating the healing process.
